RETURN PERIOD

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the date you received your order.

• The 14-day return period begins on the day you receive your order, as indicated by the delivery tracking information.

CONDITION OF ITEMS

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unwashed, unused, clean, undamaged, and neatly packed, preferably in the original packaging.

• We kindly request that you handle and try on the items with care, ensuring they remain in a resellable state.

• It's important to note that one or two times fitting is allowed, actual wearing of the items is not allowed.

REFUND PROCESS

• The initial costs of the order will be refunded.

• Return shipping costs will not be refunded unless the reason of return is an production error, damage or if the return is due to our error in delivering the wrong item.

 
Partial Returns

• If you ordered multiple items and choose to return only a portion of them, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

Return Authorization

• To initiate a return, please fill in and submit the Return Form within the 14-day return period. Provide your order number, e-mail, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If the reason of return is a damaged item or production error, make sure to upload a photo of the error.

Return shipping costs will not be refunded unless the reason for return is a production error, damage or if the return is due to our error in delivering the wrong item.
 

RETURN SHIPPING

• After submitting the Returns Form. Check your inbox for an e-mail from Genesis Apparel, this can take a few minutes.

• Read the steps provided, before taking action. Follow the steps carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return-process.

• IMPORTANT: The actual return address is different from where the package is sent from. A printable shipping label to the right address will be provided in the e-mail.

INSPECTION AND APPROVAL

• Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

EXEPTIONS

• Items purchased during a promotional period are refunded for the amount they were purchased for upon return. At all instances, the item's price at the moment of purchase is the leading price.
